We're looking for a Full-Stack Product Engineer to work across our live trading systems, maintaining and improving existing pipelines, building new tools from scratch, and redesigning components when it materially increases performance, reliability, or leverage.
You'll work directly with our Head of Tech and sit close to the traders who use the platform daily. Think of it as building an internal Bloomberg terminal for TCG markets: real-time market data, pricing intelligence, and trading tools, all in one platform. Every feature you ship has a direct line to trading execution and measurable results.
What You'll Do
- Build new trading tools, pricing engines, and market intelligence features from scratch
- Maintain and improve existing data pipelines, automations, and systems
- Identify and rework components where architectural improvements create real, measurable value
- Work directly with traders to understand workflows and translate operational needs into technical solutions
- Ship features end-to-end: from database schema to API to frontend
- Help explore and integrate AI-assisted tooling into our trading and engineering workflows
What We're Looking For
- Strong backend development experience (Python preferred)
- Solid frontend skills with modern frameworks (React/Next.js or similar)
- Comfortable with SQL and relational database design
- Able to work across the full stack and take ownership of features end-to-end
- Value-driven mindset: you think about where to add the most leverage, not just what's next on the backlog
- Clear communicator who can work closely with non-technical stakeholders (traders)
- Self-motivated and effective in a small, fast-moving team
Nice to Have
- Interest in or experience with financial markets, trading systems, or algorithmic strategies
- Experience with AI coding tools (Claude, Copilot, Cursor, etc.), we find them incredibly valuable and use them daily
- Experience with FastAPI or similar modern Python frameworks
- Background in data engineering or working with large datasets
- Familiarity with web scraping, APIs, or marketplace integrations
- Interest in trading, markets, or collectibles (TCGs, sports cards, etc.)
- Experience with AI/ML tooling or automation systems
